Our Services
Setting up a new business and registering with HMRC as self employed, no charge for this service.
Year End Accounts for sole traders including tax return, fees starting at £250 plus VAT per year.
Setting up a new limited company including discussing implications and registering with Companies House, HMRC and VAT, from £250 plus VAT.
Year End Accounts for small limited companies and partnerships up to £5million turnover, fees starting at £350 plus VAT per year.
Monthly Management Accounts.
Quarterly VAT returns, from £50 per quarter.
Payroll Bureau, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly including payslips and advising of PAYE liabilities.
Acting as registered office and completion of annual returns and necessary companies house forms.
We also offer taxation advise, deal with tax investigations and offer general business advise.
