Shout TMO is a limited company established by local residents in 2003 to Manage 165 properties on the Shiredale estate in Harpurhey, Manchester under the Housing right to manage regulations 1994 which grants tenants the right to manage their own properties.

Shout TMO initially developed from a successful tenant and resident led campaign against proposals to demolish the Shiredale estate in 1998.

The Shiredale estate is situated in Harpurhey, North Manchester close to the A664 Rochdale Road.

The boundaries of the Shiredale estate are Lathbury Road, Carisbrook Street and Fernclough Road.
