Summer Term 2017.

Our Year 5 children took part in the Glossop Music Festival at St Luke’s Church on Thursday last week (22 June). They had the fantastic opportunity of playing alongside professional musicians from the Halle and BBC Philharmonic orchestras. The children were amazing and performed really well.

We really enjoyed showing our parents/carers lots of the things we have learnt this year during our class assembly. (9/6/17)

Silver Birch had an amazing time at Stockport Air Raid shelters and Museum this week. We learned so much about what life was like for an evacuee in World War 2. Lasting memories were made as we experienced what happened during an air raid and life in the shelters to home life.

Doughnut Maths Investigation
